First thing to do is tell the college you’ll be there.

Then, plan to attend ALL the events relating to the house.

Friday, October 10th

1:00 pm             

Hot Dogs at the world-renowned Coney Island Hot Dog Restaurant

Alumni, brothers, family, and friends are invited to try, among other things, the mouthwatering, signature Coney Island hot dog, a classic topped with chili sauce, onions, and mustard. A local favorite.

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.                                      

Sigma Nu Senior Class meet and greet at Iron Spike Brewing Company

Alumni, family, and friends, get to know this year’s graduating class at Iron Spike Brewing Company. Located in an old, restored fire station, Iron Spike is a craft brewery and restaurant dedicated to craft beer, inspirational foods, and community building. In March of 2024, it celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Alumni, family, and friends are invited to tour the house before they head on over to the football game and other activities. A tailgate tent with some light refreshments will be located at the back of the house.

2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Tour: Lombard College and Knox College, the Friendly Rivalry, Comparisons and Contrasts with Brother Rex Cherrington

 Join Rex for a 90 minute walking tour. This year is even more ambitious, as Rex begins at Lombard College and talks about the 2-college town. Rex is a wealth of knowledge and an engaging speaker. The tour is free.

SNU-Handle, Sigma Nu House

Get to meet the brothers, other alumni and family and friends with the Delta Theta version of Pump Handle.

4:15 p.m.

Sigma Nu Open House, Chapter Meeting

All are invited to connect and socialize with fellow alumni, their families, friends of the house, and current Actives. A wonderful opportunity to renew, reconnect, and rejuvenate the ideals of being a Sigma Nu at Delta Theta. There will be a State of the Active Chapter and Alumni Chapter presentations as well as the Alumni Board Election.
