Homecoming 2025 was an outstanding success. Delta Theta Alums returned from last year all the way back to 1965! Everyone was so engaged and present. It was a joy to see the connections being made between the active chapter and the Alums. Lots of smiles. Lots of laughter. Lots of love. You’ll see this in the photos we’ve included here.
The Knox College Sigma Nu House is nine brothers strong. While this means the Chapter will work hard on a successful Winter and Spring Rush, they have a “new” house to help make that happen.
While the house is a new home for us, it is not new in terms of construction and needed upgrades. The greatest need is in the second floor bathroom which needs better privacy measures. Second, the House needs a new kitchen. The appliance and cabinetry are old and largely in poor condition. Last, the basement chapter room needs some minor refurbishing to make it more useable. We are obtaining quotations from local contractors as to what it would cost to make what used to be a house used for student housing into a fraternity house we can all be proud of. Once we get a handle on the cost, we’ll let you know.
